I have not received the part yet?

We do request that you confirm the delivery time with the supplier at the time of order as for engines and gearboxes it can take longer. What is the supplier saying? You can ask them for the Consignment number and the telephone number for the delivery depot to track where your part is in transit. If you have done everything you can and are not getting any further you will need to open a dispute with the supplier you purchased the part from. You can do this by logging into your member account and visiting the Resolution Centre. You then need to open a case with the supplier.


Once you have opened the dispute a written audit trail of what has happened will be established between yourself and the supplier.
