My Part was received damaged, or it was the wrong part
If you have received a part from a Supplier within the warranty period and you are
not happy with it, your first step is to open a case with the supplier you purchased
the part from. You can do this by logging into your member account and visiting
the Resolution Centre. You then need to open a case with the supplier.
You will need to ascertain whether the part was damaged before being sent, or whether
the part was damaged in transit. All the suppliers should be adhering to the 'Sale
And Supply Of Goods Act' 1994 which means parts sold must be of a satisfactory standard.
Once you have opened the dispute a written audit trail of what has happened will
be established between yourself and the supplier.
