Take extra care on the roads is the advice

Difficult weather conditions are causing havoc across the country, drivers are being urged to take extra care when on the road, only to make journeys when absolutely necessary; never leave the car with the ignition running,; the Essex police reported 3 stolen cars today before 9:00 AM.
