Good service from reclamet. quick response, but because i did not specify that my car was rhd not lhd, i received the wrong part. however, reclamet responded immediately to my phone call, and by return i received the correct part which is now fitted and working perfectly. they did not even request that the first item should be returned. i would happily use them again. i hope they get to see this email

I made this parts request at 5.30 am on wed 09/11/05 and was absolutely amazed to receive a text at 9.10am the same day stating that there was a response to my enquiry. not only was their 1 response but there were 2 and at 14.15 i had confirmed part suitability with the vendor and made payment for same for a delivery to me on 11/11/05. great service because the part i have purchased is a climate control unit for my car and without a working unit i have no heat or ventilation, (wrong time of year to be without), and i also paid a fration of the price that the main dealer was quoting, over 700 pound. i will certainly recommend you to my friends, once again a great service. thank you breakeryard

Just to show my appreciation at the brilliant service i got at the breakyard. i have looked for a simple part- for my rover car for exactly one odd year. i have driven to several breakers i know and that people recommend around. none ever had it. they are always too quick to add, 'sorry mate you know rover packed up so its difficult.' i also gave friends money, to buy for me in some distant places they said they know-the two of them never delivered. someone i asked at the kid's school asked i try the internet and see. i just typed 'spare parts' or so and i got to breakyard and a couple. tried breakyard with a mail, quotation flooded in in hours. of course i went for the cheapest and the part came in a flash and very good. i almost didn't believe it. it is one of the best services i have had in my entire life.normally i don't find time for feedback once i get what i need but this time i am overwhelmed with joy. just keep it up. cheers.
