About Panel Fronts

The Toyota front panel is a pressed steel or plastic car body part that makes up the front face of the vehicle. It's designed to be specific to the make and model of your vehicle.

This rigid piece connects the two front wings. The Toyota front panel is bolted to the front of the chassis and to the left and right wings. Forming an integral part of the car body, the Toyota front panel functions to protect the vehicle, passengers and driver inside the car, forming part of the car body.

The front panel usually houses the radiator grille, sometimes headlights and indicators and the engine bonnet lock. The car badge is often displayed on the front panel of the vehicle.

The usual reason for replacement of this part is frontal crash damage.

Toyota trivia

  • The first car company to produce over 10 million cars in a single year (which they did in 2013), Toyota also boasts the record-breaking sales of one Corolla sold every 37 seconds (every 27 seconds in 2013). That made the Corolla the best selling car of all time!
  • Incredibly, there are more Toyota made cars on the world's roads than any other vehicle. It's not just high sales figures that make that viable either. Their durability means that even Toyotas that were sold 20 years ago are still on the road!
  • Toyota has thousands and thousands of patents, and in 2019 it gave away an incredible 23,740 patents that had been awarded over more than 20 years. Those patents were all focused on electric vehicle technology.
  • World-famous magazine the MIT Technology Review repeatedly includes Toyota in its list of the world's 50 smartest companies.
  • As well as the best selling car of all time, Toyota is also responsible for the longest-running production on a car model ever. The Toyota model Land Cruiser started production in 1951, and as of 2019 has sold over 10 million units!
