Nissan UK have launched a new fixed price servicing plan. It is known as the Nissan Service Care and will be available on many of their new and used vehicles across its UK dealerships. Included in the Nissan Service Care are: Free Courtesy Car Free vehicle software updates for any recall or service related issues Free pan-European Roadside Assist for one year worth £95 There will be eVision vehicle assessment videos which will be emailed to the customer and they can decide exactly what work they want carried out. Fixed Price servicing which includes: Petrol: £149 for minor and £219 for major repairs Diesel: £159 for minor and £249 for major repairs If the vehicle is high mileage and other service items are needed, this will also be available at a fixed price. Chris Marsh is the aftersales director at Nissan UK and this is what he has to say about the new Service plan: “We have spent a great deal of time developing Nissan Service Care, studying the market place and consulting with our customers and dealers as we wanted to get it just right. Car servicing costs can be inconsistent making it difficult for customers to budget when it comes around to servicing their vehicle. Nissan Service Care removes any pricing uncertainty and ambiguity, introduces a new standard of affordability and builds trust and transparency.” However there are a number of different models which are not included in the service plan: 350Z, 370Z, GT-R, LCV, Leaf, Navara, Pathfinder and Patrol.
