We would love to hear about your experience of the Nissan 200SX and especially how any parts you had to replace performed when fitted to your vehicle. You can write a short review in the comments box at the bottom of the page.

Nissan 200SX Overview

The Nissan 200SX is classed as a sports coupe car which was produced by the Japanese automobile company Nissan. This vehicle was available in Europe from 1989-2001. It is marketed as the Nissan Silvia in most markets and as the 240SX in America. These cars are very spacious inside and are well refined. The styling is not very impressive for a sports car but thing that is impressive is the performance. They are good to drive, handle really well and because they are not particularly well known, they are reasonably cheap to buy. Does this sound anything like your experience of the Nissan 200SX?

Nissan 200SX History

The S13 model (1989-94) was very popular in Japan and it was sold under the Nissan Silvia name. The export models for the European market were known as the 200SX and the 240SX in America. The 200SX never become that popular in Europe and remained pretty unknown.

The S14 model (1995-2000) was lower and wider than its predecessor and had a rounder body design style. The new design of this car made it better at handling but it still never took off outside of Japan. This version had a makeover in 1996 mainly affecting the exterior parts such as projecting headlights. This was the last generation to be marketed outside Japan.
