What is the returns policy?

We want you to be delighted with your Breakeryard Ltd. purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may cancel your order from the point you have placed your order and up to 14 days from the delivery of your goods, you will be entitled to a refund within 14 days of Breakeryard Ltd. getting the goods back.

Unless the goods are defective, damaged or not as specified on your order acknowledgement, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.

If you do find that an item is faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately at help@breakeryard.com. We will offer you an exchange or full refund for the order (this includes standard original delivery cost).

We recommend you use a tracked delivery service as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt.

If you change your mind, once you have received the goods, it is your responsibility to meet all costs of the returned delivery. The goods must be returned unused in its original packaging to obtain a full refund for the item.

Can I cancel my order?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may cancel your order from the point you have placed your order and up to 14 days from the delivery of your goods, you will be entitled to a refund within 14 days of Breakeryard Ltd. getting the goods back.

If you cancel your order once it has been shipped, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. 

To cancel your order you must contact help@breakeryard.com quoting your order number. If your order consists of multiple goods, the 14 days runs from when you get the last item of your order. This 14 day period is the time you have to decide whether to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to actually send the goods back.

How do I get a refund?

Cancelled orders will be fully refunded in accordance with our returns policy and within 14 days of Breakeryard Ltd. getting the goods back. If you request a replacement in lieu of a refund the new item will be dispatched upon receipt of the returned goods at Breakeryard Ltd.

If you require replacement goods urgently, please contact us at help@breakeryard.com or place an additional order. The original cancelled order will be refunded in the normal way.

I have a problem with my order?

Any breakages, shortages and/or discrepancies with your order must be reported as soon as possible to help@breakeryard.com on receipt of the order. We will endeavour to resolve your problem as quuickly as possible.

Do I have to pay for returns?

Where do I return my item?

Please email help@breakeryard.com for authorisation to return the item. You will be provided with a Returns Authorization Number and information on how to complete your return.

How long will it take to receive my credit?

We will try our best to credit you as quickly as possible. All returns must be inspected by our quality control team. Please allow us up to 14 days after receiving your returned goods. Thank you for your understanding.
