1. Why hasn’t my order arrived?
Annoying as it is to be kept waiting, there could be any number of good reasons as to why your part is missing in action. Bad weather, local transport issues, problems with the courier service, or problems back at the seller’s (things like short staffing or sickness) could all have contributed. Contact the seller before you assume the worst.
2. What should I do next to get my part?
Let the seller know that the part hasn’t arrived and get them to check what’s happening (and what the tracking number is) with the courier company they used. If this doesn’t lead to a resolution, let us know by phone (03333 130 130) or email (help@breakeryard.com) and we’ll jump in and help.
