This should have already been repaired by Ford. Although it only affected some Ford CC models, those drivers affected were at a much higher risk of being injured in any kind of collision. The issue is down to the securing bolts not being tight enough. Unless you have specialist equipment, this isn't normally a job you can do yourself, but any Ford dealership should offer to do this for you for free.
