Suspension failure

The tie rod ends are prone to breaking. The standard fitted tie rod ends are hollow and not well built. If this part breaks you will hear a knocking noise from the front suspension when driving around corners. You will also hear the noise when driving over speed bumps and rough surfaces.

Water leaking into front footwell

Problem:

Are you having water leaking into the front footwells which is leaving your carpets wet/damp? If so, the cowl vent is poorly designed and can easily get blocked up with leaves and debris.

Models affected:

Solution:

You will need to remove the leaves and debris from the drain tubes on the cowl. The cowl is located underneath the front windscreen. You will also need to dry out the carpets to avoid any dampness setting in.
