Solution:

Begin by inspecting your battery, which may have reached the end of its lifespan, and you might need to order a replacement from us. If the battery is fine, then the issue probably lies with your wiring. Check all of the wires connected to the battery, especially those attached to the chassis and the engine earth points. Once you've identified the faulty wire, you can repair it quite easily.

Take the vehicle to a dealer if it is under warranty, as they will repair this free of charge. The pipes are known to break in cold weather, so they may need replacing.

Problem:
You might have noticed that the tailgate lock on your vehicle is not functioning correctly, which indicates that you have a faulty tailgate lock switch. It may not be shutting properly or failing to lock with the central locking system.

Problem:
The brakes are not functioning as well and require much more pressure to slow the car down.
Solution:
This led to a recall of 50008s manufactured between 2013 and 2017, indicating it is a common problem. The issue arises from material detaching from the timing belt. Usually, you will need to replace both the vacuum pump and the timing belt, but if your car is still under warranty, Peugeot should cover the cost.
