These are the top of the range in their class. They have amazing safety features, are great to drive, well equipped and great performance cars. They are very well refined, very reliable and more than worth the money. Does this sound anything like your experience of the BMW 523i?

BMW 523i History

The BMW 5-series E39 (1995-2003) was the first version of the 5-series to introduce the 523i to its range. This version was available in both saloon and estate, which is better known as touring. The new design for this car meant that it was larger and wider than its predecessor. In 2000 this car had a mid-life makeover and this version was seen as the best of this class. The BMW 5-series E60/61 (2003-10) was the fifth generation of the 5-series and had a new design which was some times criticised for not looking ‘BMW’ enough. Despite this criticism, it would become the best selling 5-series car to date. The technology in this car was much improved over previous versions. The BMW 5 series F10/F11 (2010-present) is built on the F01 7-series platform and changed the look of the 5-series cars. It has a very modern looking design and went back to more traditional BMW type styling. This is the current version in production.
