Nissan Ebro Patrol Overview
The Nissan Ebro Patrol is classed as a four wheel drive off road vehicle which was produced by the Japanese automobile manufacturing company Nissan. This vehicle was basically the Nissan Patrol but marketed as the Ebro Patrol in Europe for a period during the third generation Patrol. This version was in production between 1980 and 1989. These vehicles were well built, off road vehicles which were also not too bad on-road. There was plenty space in the cabin and it was a comfortable ride. Nissan Ebro Patrol History
The Nissan Ebro Patrol was introduced into the European market as the third generation Nissan Patrol. It was available from 1980 to 1989 when the Ebro name was dropped and the Nissan Patrol name was re-introduced. In 1983 this vehicle had a facelift, which mainly affected the design of the front end and the front suspension. The headlights were re-designed and a 5-speed manual gearbox was introduced, as well as updates to the diesel engine.

The Nissan Ebro Patrol was available in the following
engines: 2.8 or 4.0L petrol and 3.3L diesel engines. The 3.3L diesel was the most economical, but like you would expect from a vehicle like this, they were not to great on fuel consumption.
