
Mitsubishi Motors are celebrating 40 years in the UK (1974-2014) and are celebrating this with a Grand Tour around part of the UK.
If you have an imported Mitsubishi vehicle built between 1974 and 2001 you could take part in this tour. Mitsubishi Motors are looking for 60 vehicles to take part in the tour which takes place on the 31st May 2014.
The tour will start and end at the Rendcomb Airfield in Gloustershire which is located within a few miles of the Mitsubishi UK headquarters in Cirencester.
TV presenter Mike Brewer will drive away the first vehicle at 9:30am that day. The route is set to be 120 miles long and will have a mid-way break at Silverstone racing track. This 120 mile journey will take the participants through the Cotswalds, Oxfordshire and Northamptonshire.
There are prizes for several different areas including: The oldest car, Spirit of the event, best overall entry and best presented versions of different classes such as saloon, coupé, hatchback and 4x4. Everyone who takes part in the event will receive a finishers medal.
