BMW 320d Overview

The BMW 320d is classed as a compact executive car and is part of the BMW 3-series range. These cars are produced by the German manufacturing company BMW. The 320d is available in saloon, touring (estate), coupe and coupe cabriolet versions. The 320d was introduced in the fourth generation of the BMW 3-series. The 320d is a great choice when it comes to the 3-series range. It is a high performance car with great fuel economy, and the ED version is the best economically for this class. These cars look fantastic, quality, well built cars and this version is great for those using it as a company car. Is this anything like the experience you have of the 320d?

BMW 320d History

It was in the fourth generation (1998-2006) of the 3-series range that the 320d was introduced. The M3 version was introduced in this version in 2000. In 2001 there was a makeover which meant new headlights, bumpers and other minor changes. This version was very successful and the fourth generation 3-series was considered the best car of this class. The fifth generation (2005-12) was a complete new design, with new mechanical parts such as engines, suspension and gearboxes. There were many new features and the sales of this version were also very high. The sixth generation (2012-present) is the current version on the market and has many of the higher class features from the 5 and 7-series models. The new engines improve fuel economy and performance.
