Vauxhall VXR Overview
The Vauxhall VXR is a high performance trim specification for some of the British automobile manufacturers Vauxhall Motors. Vauxhall Motors is the British subsidiary of the German manufacturing company Opel. The VXR trim is available in the following vehicles: Astra, Corsa, Insignia and VXR8. It has also previously been available on the Vectra, Monaro, Zafira, VXR220 and Meriva. The VXR trim was introduced in 2004 as a replacement for the GSI trim and is the top of the range for all these vehicles. VXR is closely associated with Vauxhall's motorsport team VX Racing. These cars are the highest performers of the available trims with tuned up engines, and exterior and interior improvements.
